Within the role you will liaise with all residents on a daily basis in order to provide monitoring and support in connection with their well being and health, welcoming new residents to the scheme to enable them to settle into their new home whilst assisting residents with the reporting of repairs and maintenance issues with the Property Investment Team and/or contractors.  You will work in conjunction with the Area Services Manager and external statutory and voluntary agencies such as Social Services and GPs about residents health and welfare issues, ensuring that, under the Supporting People regulations, residents support plans and risk assessments are kept fully up to date and that general scheme record keeping is clear and accurate.  

Candidates will ideally have experience of working with elderly people and knowledge of Supporting People within a supported housing environment.  With a methodical, well organised and positive approach to your workload and the ability to work to strict deadlines with minimal supervision, you should have good verbal and written communication skills and the ability to act calmly yet effectively in a crisis.

You will be joining an established team at our Manchester office and will benefit from a warm desk, presenting the opportunity to generate immediate revenue, as well as many more potential clients to build relationships with. 

The successful individual will be responsible for achieving targets, business to business sales, new business development and revenue generation.  They will also be responsible for the day to day management and development of their team.
